Day 8 of Spring Training 2018 Ketosis. I have enjoyed the many benefits of ketosis. 🧠💪🏽 It is awesome, but can have diminished returns. So approach wisely and with caution. 🤔 My blood test confirms having achieved ketosis. It also confirms that I need to eat more. Whaaa?! Hey, that is good news, since I LOVE to eat! 🤠 Crucial to the entire effort of being well and happy is eating the RIGHT foods. My goal is to fuel my brain and meet the needs of my gut.
