“What’s a gender?”
@elfyourmother replied to your post “it’s been over six months and i still remember the little hole in the...”
the only one i know of in that area is teh jackson heights fabric center but i've never paid over 2 bucks a yard for anything in there
that’s really good to know! i just remember V and i needing to be super frugal at that point because we were there for NYCC and were meeting Jon Bernthal and Carrie Fisher over the next two days, and still had to pay for autographs and junk, so i couldn’t justify getting anything that wasn’t necessary. it was torture needing to go in there for a sewing kit because i forgot mine at home. :|
i am glad i found the place, though, because now i have a mission next time we go to the city. hopefully at some point this summer.
My new DailyMTG column premiers today! Beyond the Basics covers the strategy of Magic - and we kick it off with what just might be the most important question in Magic. Check it out! Have any suggestions for what you want to see covered in the future? Please let me know! If there's something you want to know more about, there's a good chance other people do too. :) Enjoy!

Art isn't flat
I am starting to notice that people carry a completely different meaning to the word art. Seeing what people call art vs what I call art really makes me rethink things. Art is suppose to evoke emotions and other feelings. If you are just shooting a portrait of a girl raising her shirt to show her breast, then you aren’t creating art, you are just taking a snap shot.
I wish people would learn the true meanings of art.
