What does cis mean exactly
from a genderist view: someone whose gender identity matches the one assigned at birth aka not transgender.
radfem critique: that implies complicity and comfort with gender roles and stereotypes. gender itself is inherently the roles and stereotypes put onto a person.
it could be brought down to something as simple as a female saying she's a woman, a male saying he's a man, but there's a lot more baggage to it
