Why I like them

i have a huge weakness for characters who put up a playful n mischievous act all for the sake of covering up some tragic backstory. it makes them a lot more interesting. he’s also selfless and kind even though he has a horrible way of showing it lmao.. i also like that he’s not perfect. also his voice is so soothing and i love the way he talks:(

it was in one of the games i forgot which one but do u remember that scene where chizuru and okita are trying to catch this cat in the yard and they finally see it sleeping so he goes right up to it and grabs a handful of the cat as if it wasn’t a living animal and chizuru just starts screaming like SOUJI WHAT THE FUCK UR SUPPOSED TO HOLD A CAT GENTLY IT’S A LIVING ANIMAL and he’s like omg sorry i didn’t know:( and he’s really flustered and embarrassed (a side of souji that we almost never see) fhjlkdhg i thought that was funny as shit but also super adorable. he’s so good at reading people but he just .. doesn’t understand how to treat animals what a goddamn idiot i love him
