It’s amazing to see the baby perform all the moves he did utero, out of utero while he is not feeding non-stop.
He kicks his legs and throws punches. Not the I move my hands as a hunger indicator, no. Actual punches. Its hilarious. He hit my mom and my sister yesterday. Swinging and all. Smiled and punched again. I told them to duck…
BUT this evening he’s also doing it because he’s actually hungry. It’s an adorable thing to witness, especially since I have been sitting here since 5pm… and I don’t mind watching you swing, kick as you take a short break from my breast. Hubby brought me dinner to my chair and I suspect I’ll be here until 9pm. Getting dizzy is gonna happen… Just gotta stay hydrated with my feet up while I tend to this beautiful baby. Thank god for ring slings, hands free abilities to go to the bathroom and grab/chug my warm water whilst he continues feeding and I return to my chair. I’m down w a sleep stretch of 10pm-2am and then 3-6:30am. Wonder weeks changes are coming and cluster feeding during the day is better than in the middle of the night.
