I sold off a REIT, iShares Mortgage Real Estate (REM), yesterday. Its returns are lackluster, and I want to explore higher quality REITs.

Linn Energy LLC (LINE) and One OK (OKS) rose again. Apple AAPL and my Golden Bear (DUST) are doing well. About 50% of my total portfolios is now in some form of Energy. I will adjust that, after waiting for an oil recovery. I am waiting on unsettled funds.
I bought Brown Forman (BF.B) on the dip of December 3. Very solid company, good fundamentals, and dividends record. As far as I can tell, it is "triple-dipping":
It is down again December 4, and I still consider it a BUY.
