You guys are comparing a season from 5 years ago to content from this year and expecting them to be the same level in quality

Might I remind you that bfb post split was being made during 2020 aka the worst year for animation in the last decade

Companies like DISNEY were struggling to create at that time

How do you expect the independent web series to keep up with "quality"

Yeah because they both came out AFTER bfb ended

Bfb was basically a test run for those seasons

Back before bfdia came back and we only had 1 episode of TPOT bfb was basically the best writing on the channel (unless you wanna count s1)

And then when they improved with their writing years later

The seasons from "years later" also improved

I will defend this season till I die
