BFF or BF?

There once was a girl name X. Her best friend was Z. One day, a boy named P came around. X fell in love with P. P dumped her, and left X in pieces. Z, as any best friend would do, picked up her friend's broken parts, and she put her together again. They were so happy, but X still loved P. P came around again, and X fell right under his trap again. He left again, but this time X didn't let her best friend help her. X only wanted P. Z felt worthless because she so desperately wanted to help her friend, but her friend simply didn't want her. Z stayed with her best friend because that's what you do with you best friend. X still left Z out of her troubles because she simply didn't want her. X ,feeling unwanted, left Z because she simply deserved better. She had picked her up, but she wasn't good enough to help her again. That's not even the sad part. The sad part is: P never came back because he never loved X, but Z loved X.
