the “big gay au” is very dear to me, its a kh+ff real-world au that is like. the very first thing my gf @polaalis and i started working on together when i was first playing her through the kh series when she first moved in w me

it’s very sprawling and was born half out of her mentioning that axel should be trans and born half out of me wanting to make a similar au to a fanfic that TO THIS DAY LIVES IN MY BRAIN RENT FREE even though its fucking awful lmao

This AU is, basically, Zim and Dib against not only the Irken Empire, It’s against everyone and everything that gets in their way.

I’m gonna explain it better in another post with lots of more drawings, but as a summary. After being exiled for more than a decade for his condition as a defective (Avoiding for getting deactivated),  Zim wants to take over the Empire, and teams up with Dib, an ex scientist and his former ex enemy to help his cause, in an attempt to demonstrate once and for all that he’s the hero that the Earth deserves and to get recognition from his father (He worked for him until Zim showed up) , they make a deal that once Zim takes his role as tallest, he would leave Earth in peace. 

But, yeah, things will get in the middle, new enemies, allies, adventures, and of course, new feelings…

Complaining about technology under the cut feel free to ignore it

So these were taken with my phone camera and emailed to myself and downloaded to my computer to upload here. Which is fewer steps than I have to take using my printer/scanner that I got specifically to bulk scan/upload my art. Except the printer/scanner, when hooked up to my computer, is more than happy to print, but refuses to scan. What? So I have to use an app on my phone. You read that right; I have to use a phone app to tell my scanner, which scans perfectly fine but won't send to the computer it's plugged into, to scan the stuff to my phone. I then have to download them to my phone, then email them to myself, then download them to my computer, so I can upload them here.

And the quality isn't that much better than my shaky phone photographs! So like. May as well just skip the scanner entirely.
