New lanterns I bought for my bedroom

A very old artifact I picked up from a flea market. I’m obsessed by oriental objects and my house has now ran out of space!
Friends
A photograph of my mum and granny in 1964. I absolutely love this picture, not only does it include two of my favorite people in the world but the composition, old style of photograph, background and fashion sense all contribute into making it one of my favorite images of all time.
Doors to my art room
I feel showing my art room is important as its the room I create every piece of work. It’s also the room where every object i’ve ever bought is cramped into as my boyfreind doesn’t want ‘all my shit’ scattered round the house. So everywhere I look whilst working is a object or piece of art which I love, therefore constantly inspiring me.
My family are my biggest inspiration
A photo from my tomboy-hood. I think being a tom-boy for such a period of my childhood made me into the person I am today and shaped me in so many ways. I think it’s also what created my slightly strange imagination and passion for art. I therefore appreciate this part of my life and thank my parents for letting me dress like this and be whoever I wanted.
Gustav Klimit ‘The kiss’ - My new favourite image I’ve bought recently. The colours used are so warming and the passion he’s created is inspiring. I can’t wait to keep adding to my collection of his work, too much is never enough in this case.
