For this season I want confirmation of Bi-Jackson and then Jackson explaining to someone (Malia? Yep, Malia fits cuz she is clueless sometimes) how does it works and Stiles has sudden moment of realization and goes "I think I had a crush on Derek" and Jackson just looked at him with 'no shit Sherlock' expression... That'd literally all I want. Please. I beg you. Im desperate. I need it.

It's Friday Night football, and I started off tonight suddenly wanting a Sterek AU where fem!Stiles is a football coach and Derek is a flag squad coach... Then I thought. No. Genderqueer!Stiles is the football coach and Derek the flag squad coach... And the school they coach at is still sort of limping into the twenty first century, so it isn't really easy for wither of them to do what they do. It's kind of assumed that Derek, for all that he's "totally masculine, must be gay", because he's got a background in dance and theater, specifically ballet. He's really fashion conscious and he's been seen more than once actually getting out on the floor and demonstrating "his girls'" moves. Plus, the squad treats him more like a big sister than a male authority figure. Meanwhile, Stiles often dresses like a female... they wear their hair long and has really delicate cheekbones and always smells like some sexy, feminine scent. They really love wearing bright lipstick, and the football boys say "Yes, ma'am" as often as they say "Yes, sir" when Stiles gives them an order. BUT. That doesn't mean Stiles doesn't also cuss like a sailor whenever a ref makes a bad call. If some snot nosed kid who just joined the team gets up in Stiles's face, it's not Stiles the team is worried will get an ass handed to him. Stiles is wiry and lean and pretty, but they can destroy a guy on the wrestling mat - the team has seen it happen - and bench as much as any defensive lineman.<--more --> And, yes, Stiles still has all of their "man parts" - not that it's anybody' s business one way or the other. Stiles wears suits and Henleys just as often as ladies' cut tees and the like, and sometimes they even leave off on shaving for a few days, because they know the stubble looks roguish whenever they wear it with a little mascara on their eyelashes. Before Derek, Stiles had sort of resigned themself to being single as long as they continue to work in a school that would probably just as soon fire them as see them behave affectionately with either a man or a woman in public - which will probably be FOREVER because Stiles LOVES their boys. They are both second mother and father to most of them, and the boys are FIERCELY loyal to Stiles in return. (Hence Stiles still being employed, regardless of what they wear; the one time there was even a rumor of the school board replacing Stiles, the entire team and coaching staff BOYCOTTED A DIVISION GAME.) (Stiles cussed a blue streak at them for ruining that year's chances of making the playoffs, then bought them all their usual victory dinner while pretending not to have tears in their eyes all night.) And before Derek, Stiles had been okay with the thought of being alone. It's not like they are ever really *alone* alone. Their dad is crazy aging supporting the best dad ever; their best friend is their assistant AD, and they have other friends besides. Their love life, when they were trying to find someone, was an absolute disaster, so much so that Stiles has pretty much given up on ever finding someone who could truly accept much less choose to be with someone of their gender identity. Derek, though. Derek makes Stiles *want* like they haven't in years - maybe even ever before - to just be "normal" if that's what it would take to be with him. Only, Stiles knows that's a crazy dream, because even if Stiles *could* make themself solely a "he" or a "she", they want Derek in ways that wouldn't entirely fit with either. When Stiles accidentally watches Derek performing a delicate and sweeping series of maneuvers with one of his girls' flags, they want to throw him down on that cheer mat and do incredibly masculine, incredibly *sexy* things to him. When Stiles spots Derek on the sidelines at games, cheering on Stiles’s players and cussing the ref under his breath with every bit of vitriol Stiles feels themself, they want to just wrap themself around the man and let him put all that passion and attention to someone else's needs to work in a much more passive, yet equally sexy way. Lucky for Stiles, Derek doesn't just act like a big sister to his girls - they actually think of him that way - as much as you can think about a bisexual man as a "sister." The point is, Derek is just as gone on Stiles as Stiles is on him - maybe even more, before they've even properly met. Derek likes strong, rough-edged men *and* lovely, capable women, and Stiles is all of those things in a combination Derek couldn't have dreamed could actually exist in one person. And his girls know it within one week of seeing their Coach and the football boys' head coach talk to one another for the first time. Cue both teams totally shipping their coaches and playing matchmaker and basically being amazing human beings over these two amazing human beings who work their asses off every day for their benefit.
