“Saunders created Usher’s look by creating an exaggerated suit with traditional tailoring details, including a two-piece wool gabardine suit jacket in a somewhat boxy silhouette with a sunken-in sleeve and a shoulder seam that falls slightly off the body. “This one completely is an honor of Karl, every aspect of it, from the jewelry selection, to what we chose in terms of the wardrobe,” Usher explained. “The silhouette is very clean.”” “I was very much focused on the idea of tailoring, and how Karl was able to execute and create innovation in tailoring. I wanted it to be quite confident – confident to do something that isn’t necessarily loud in colour, but loud in design details and design lines.” (x) (x)
