For the #techheads and #guitargurus like me haha. This is the best i can explain to anyone looking to get into #biasfx I figured this all out just now and about all evening to. Open the program create a new bank or call it anything u wish. Now go into my documents click bias fx folder then click presets folder. Then look for presets you downloaded in a folder, now click in that folder and ctrl+a ctrl+x now look for a empty folder it will have a weird number name like 29888382- click in that folder and then ctrl+v be sure you get all your preset.json files from inside any folder u copied the presets for. Now boot up the BIASFX and your banks and new sounds will be there, without the need of a 1 file importer. Also make a backup of ypur biasfx folder. This way you wont lose anything you downloaded.
