Let's start!

Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original. Make copy of 4 active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer. Make copy of raster 2 active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer. Make raster 4 active and open paper 8 and paste as a new layer. Make copy 2 of raster 2 active and add some bright noise to it. Make raster 8 active and add some gradient glow to it width 3.0. Make raster 7 active and add some gradient glow to it width 3.0. Make raster 9 active and add some gradient glow to it width 3.0. Make raster 2 active and add some gradient glow to it width 3.0. (I used white and black as gradient glow)

Open element 90 and paste into the circles duplicate and mirror. Open element 78 and paste it as a new layer, duplicate and mirror. Let us start!

Open template and press shift + D to duplicate the template and close the original.

Make the raster 10 active and open paper 6 and paste as a new layer,make raster 10 active again and add some gradient glow in color of choice.Then add a bright noise to it.

Now make copy of raster 10 active and open paper 6 again and paste as a new layer,make copy of raster 10 active again and add some gradient glow in color of choice.Then add a bright noise to it.

Make raster 9 active and open paper 13 and paste as a new layer,make raster 9 active again and add some gradient glow in color of choice.Then add a bright noise to it.

Make raster  8 active and open paper 4 and paste as a new layer.add gradient glow and bright noise to it,make copy of raster 8 active and open paper 4 again and paste as a new layer.Add gradient glow and bright noise to it.

Make raster 7 active and open paper 15 and paste as a new layer,add gradient glow and bright noise to it.
