1Thes 5:18. This verse keeps popping up in my life. I like to meditate on this verse during the slow moments in yoga, and when going to bed. I think this is a great verse to always remember. This is just the past part, but I love the first part..."Praise ALWAYS, PRAY CONTINUALLY....GIVE THANKS in ALL circumstances. I believe that God tells us to do this because it brings joy to your life. I know it does mine. Just by focusing on trying to do these 3 things my attitude tends to he a lot better.
