I need to catch up on their albums, I'm missing quite a few, or only have a few songs from each. OH GOD, the video for Die Schlinge is gorgeous, and it doesn't hurt to have Apocalyptica playing with you. What is it about the cello that makes it sound so good with metal music?

I can highly recommend every Iron Maiden album from the 80s. Their 90s sound shifted a little bit, but it’s still good stuff. Their album from last year was great too.

I'll definitely go find some of them. It's nice to know a band still puts out good stuff years after their so called glory days. Some bands just go downhill the longer they go on. Like Styx. Judge me if you want, but I liked them until  they kicked Dennis DeYoung out. I think that's an unpopular opinion, though. (ALSO, LOL YES I LIKE STYX.)

Good choices! Thin Lizzy and Queen are my favourites. I’ve seen more cover bands for them than I can count! Have you heard of a Brit metal band called Hell is For Heroes?

I have not. Should I add them to my list of things to go listen to? I'm always open to new music!
