Is there a higher percentage rate if veganism amongst Biferas? And how do non Bifera vegans feel about the mistreatment if Biferas?

Most Biferas will be vegan/vegetarian/meat eater as much as humans are, as in it’s their choice influenced by morals, tastes, or religion. However, some Biferas have stomachs, diets, or digestive systems similar to their genetic animals.

Non-Bifera vegans who SEE Biferas as animals (a common thing among PETA-like people) will feel strongly about the mistreatment of Biferas, but will act on it the same as they would defend animals.I don’t thik I have to say this but Biferas kinda don’t like this big time.

The paw print symbol on ZA and some of the art you’ve done for younger versions of some of the characters: is that a Bifera Pride symbol? Is it something else? Does it just look cool?

A paw print with an equals sign is it is a symbol for bifera equality, and stores will put those stickers on their windows to show that biferas are allowed in much like how stores will put a pride flag sticker on their windows.

If Coco’s ears and tails are black but his hair is green... does this mean he dyed his hair? Or does he naturally have green hair but black fur?

While Biferas can have natural unnatural hair colours, Coco just dyes his hair!

Aracia mentioned being “a rare breed” and I think in the past you’ve said that arachnid Bifera aren’t common. Is the reason most Bifera we see in ZA are of mammals due to DNA compatibility issues?

ya pretty much. Cats were the most compatible so most bifera are even just the smallest bit cat, but there are families with specific DNA that can handle rarer strands.

How common are aquatic Bifera? Like Bifera that are from fish, dolphins, etc?

They exist but often have to live near constant water so they don’t dry out, and some with a higher DNA percentage prefer to actually live in water.

Utrumque and Bifera aren’t meant to be a race allegoration. It’s unfair to represent POC as inhuman characters. Utrumque and Bifera are meant to represent everything that (white) humans DEEM inhuman and what would happen to the argument of “we’re all the same inside” if some people just aren’t the same inside. I kinda feel weird about this view of “oh I’ll respect them because they’re like me”

Seeing your answers to my last two questions really hit home with how... realistic the world is. Like... I understand it’s about Bifera, which don’t exist, but... like... I legit remembering reading shit like that in my history class. And also the PETA thing. PETAs not the best.

Yeah I mean, this is how I personally believe humanity would react to an entire species of humans being introduced into society. Utrumque and Bifera are much more different than anyone else humans have had prejudices about - they actually work differently with different DNA, which humans see as an excuse to just not see them as people. Plus, while in a modern setting, the prevalence of Bifera’s is fairly recent in the story.

How come Bifera students aren’t allowed to be romantically or sexually involved with non Bifera students?

Humans don’t like seeing Bifera kids with human kids.However, some radical anti-Bifera humans either encourage human/Bifera dating in order to “dilute” the Bifera gene or are completely against Biferas being in any kind of relationship.
