Am I the only person...
Who finds the walking boot terribly uncomfortable?
I can't take it and I'm wondering if wearing just the splint (neoprene sleeve) is hindering my ability to heal. I'm not putting any weight on it and keeping it insulated. The most I've done is wiggle my toes, add/remove air and readjust my foot so that the splint fits more comfortably.
The boot (and splint alone for that matter) is uncomfortable, creates weird pressure points, and rubs against my incisions.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there an alternative to the big blue boot (neoprene sleeve in the plastic shell with five velcro straps)?
