Big Convoy x Reader
• Watching his green trainees trudging off, he’d initially been against playing combat trainer for new recruits. Had felt like he was being forced off the battlefront, relegated to the sidelines and he’s nowhere near done, yet. But the younger maximals are starting to grow on him and with the temporary truce stretched thin, these bots need to learn fast. Because in his experience, peace never lasts, so it’s better to be ready. Knows they probably think he’s too hard on them, but they at already don’t say it out loud. Plating lifting and settling again, he’s not ready to return to the barracks and his head lifts. Wonders where home is among all those glittering stars. If he’ll ever see home again or if he’ll die on some distant battlefront.
• Moving through the jungle of this green world, that familiar, restless ache echoes through him. Solitary by nature, he’s never been good at this. At waiting, at being party of a team. Venting softly to pull in the humid, green smell of this world, he hears a cry in the night. Nothing new there. Just life playing out its drama, predator hunting prey. But then there’s a scream, a frantic, yelling that while he can’t understand it, sounds eerily like the cadence of language not just animal sounds. And he’s striding forward, rumbling. There’s no sentient life on this planet or at least, there shouldn’t be.
• Disoriented, hurting and scared out of your mind, branches whip and scratch your face and arms as you run. Trying to muddle through what had happened and how you’d ended up here, but your mind keeps blanking. What you do know? Here sucks. Skin crawling as you hear that thing right on your heels chattering, that cackling noise strings you tight. You’d barely caught a glimpse of too many teeth, too many limbs, and you’d bolted. Startling and changing direction when another one cuts you off, cackling madly, you know you’re being herded, but you’re so panicked all you can do is run blindly. How many of them are there now?
• Striding through the underbrush, he finally catches movement and goes still. Staring at the shape silhouetted under the twin moons, dappled in shadow from the trees, but unmistakably not an animal. And you cry out again as the pack of predators chasing you snap and chatter at you. Wearing you down. Snarling, he charges through the trees and you stumble to a halt, sliding and falling on your butt as the nearest predator tries to change direction, but not nearly fast enough. It yelps when his ped connects and the thing goes rolling and over and, the other two turning tail and running. Clearing his vents aggressively, that little lick of action wasn’t nearly enough, but it felt good. You’re still down, trembling as you stare up at him. What are you? Form’s eerily Cybertronian, but you’re obviously organic.
• Heart hammering against your ribs, you’re not sure if you’re going to hurl or pass out as this newest horror strides your way. Some kind of huge, alien robot? Optics brightening as it kneels and reaches out a big hand, you tense. Do you really want to run back into the woods with those hungry things? This monster had saved you. Though, maybe it was only so he could eat you. Those blunt servos stop just shy of touching you, hanging there in the air as he growls something at you. Is that language? “I don’t understand,” you manage, staring at that big servo as it flexes slightly. Crooking at you. Feeling like you’re probably going to regret it, you lay a hand on his warm servo and pull yourself to your feet, staring up at him from the corner of your eyes as he cups his other hand around you and you’re forced toward his palm. And you really hope you didn’t just surrender to something much worse than those slavering, alien hell hounds.
Greetings to all Transformers fans! I hope this post will be helpful and fun for you all! We know that 1st June is International Children's Day and Global Day of Parents according to Wikipedia and other information resources!
So the reason of this post is that for that Global Day of Parents I decided to gather all canon relatives of Optimus Prime. The reason is simple - we all know that Optimus is good example for good leadership and also father figure to some fans even. Also I must warn that I did my best to check all CANON related transformers to Optimus Prime but they belong to different types of media and timelines so for some it may look like a continuity soup!
Anyways without further ado here we go :
1 - Ultra Magnus - in Dreamwave comics he was Optimus Prime's younger brother, similar thing occurs to Shattered Glass universe too!
2 - Ultra Magnus Jr - son of Ultra Magnus. He exists in only one Japanese manga but if Magnus Junior exists, he'll be Optimus' nephew in some way!
If you're wondering - yes Magnus Jr looks like his father!
3 - Elita-1 - Optimus Prime's wife/ Conjunx Endura figure. Treats her fellow Autobots like a mother figure! (She's close with Optimus in most continuities) Since G1, Optimus Prime and Elita-1 are considered one of the best known canon couples!
4 - Optimus Primal - Optimus Prime's descendant from Beast Era! Leader of Maximals, brave and serious one!
5 - Optimus Minor - Optimus Primal's son in Japanese Transformers Legends manga.
6 - Alpha Trion - in G1 Trion is Optimus Prime's father figure and creator as he says!
7 - Codexa - Optimus Prime's (or Orion Pax to be exact) mentor/mother figure. She only appeared in IDW 2019 continuity.
8 - Big Convoy - Japanese Beast Wars Neo character, Commander of Maximals. According to the Age of the Primes toyline Maximal Big Convoy is descendant of Star Optimus Prime!
9 - Big Blue Convoy is Big Convoy's father in Transformers Legends manga! He was leader of the Blue Order of Primus Vanguard.
10 - Roller - Optimus Prime's drone but Prime cares about him like his son. Just look at some Roller scenes in G1 if you want.
This part is mostly about G1 continuity and its branches but I'll add other ones soon!
