big flop moods (I updated my old lil animation. :3c)
Happy Monday. Today I'm going to hang by a river like this guy 💙
i cant help but wonder how some of the main cast felt watching a character who had like 2 minutes of total screentime throughout the first four seasons suddenly get more screentime than any of their characters for the final. fucking. season.
like you cant tell me it didn't hurt a little. that it didn't make them a little upset. if it were me, i would be angry ngl.
its insane that anyone thought that was a good idea. probably the first and biggest mistake was making holly the main character of st5 lmfao
i will be honest love death robots flopped season 3 like how many military shooter fantasy reels do i have to suffer through instead of getting more goodness like season 1 and 2

Some good news today is that New York State found the funds to extend the theatre tax credit by five weeks. Broadway shows starting previews before October 20 are eligible for 25% production cost subsidies, up to a maximum of $3M. So, that's huge news for Liberation, Little Bear Ridge Road, Chess, and Queen of Versailles.
Liberation is being capitalized at around $6.25 million, and it desperately needed that funding. Now it can get up to $1.56 million to offset those costs. I'm still hunting for the Rudin show's financials. If he's filed, it's buried deep in the SEC database. But Chess and Queen of Versailles are expensive musicals, and will probably get the maximum $3M. Could be a huge boon for the former, and probably won't do much to save the later.
I thought the plaques from Nuvo were ugly but the ones from Jump are even worse😶
