Movin' to Washington State
Movin’ to Washington State
I love the term big wigs, it’s overused.
Movin’ to Washington State, got an idea to sell about an automatic gate.
It works with your automatic car in that you don’t need to get out and it automatically opens.
Ain’t that the future livin’ in the now.
And my automatic gate doesn’t just do that no.
It automatically lets em in.
You know who I’m talkin’ about right?
Let’s em all in dressed in the…

APC doesn’t care about Nigerians – ADP
Abuja
The Action Democratic Party (ADP) has said that ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is not bothered about the pains most Nigerians are going through, especially the parents of abducted Dapchi school girls. The party adduced that such lack of care was demonstrated over the weekend when big wigs of the APC attended a rally in Akure, Ondo State when parents of the abducted school girls and other well-meaning Nigerians were mourning the dastardly act under the watch of the APC-led federal government. In a statement signed yesterday in Abuja, the ADP National Chairman, Engr. Yabagi Sani, said “holding such rally at a time when most Nigerians are still in pains of the abducted Dapchi girls shows the APC as a party that is not bothered by the pains of the people”, adding that “the APC leadership does not learn from history.” “It is unthinkable that the APC will not be able to put off any scheduled celebrations in solidarity with the family of the over 100 missing girls. “This is the same blunder the PDP committed in 2014 when a few days after the Chibok school girls abduction they went to Kano for a rally and the army of the APC propagandists led by Lai Mohammed swooped on them, calling them names that led to their eventual fall.” Sani also said the ADP was sad that history was repeating itself and the APC with its government was carrying on as if it is nothing serious. “First, they lied that more than half of the girls were recovered. Later, they claimed they were waiting to get reports from parents and now days have started counting while the Chibock tragedy remains unresolved. “As for us in the ADP, we are finding it difficult to explain the lackadaisical attitude of the political party in power. It is beyond describing the abduction as a national tragedy or giving it names. It is about taking steps to immediately bring the children back. It is not about passing blames, it is about making concerted efforts and being open with the challenges and limitations government is facing. “Let the APC and its government be serious and open. This is a national challenge that all of us must work to resolve. If they continue to pretend and lie that all is well, dancing at rallies and consumed with 2019 passion, they may as well be the disaster that has befallen our nation at this time”, the ADP chairman concluded.

We had big wig visitors in town today at work. This means that a bunch of people are brain-melted and freaking out over things that normally wouldn’t matter a bit. As far as I’m concerned, they still don’t. I just don’t see the point of putting on a show for visitors. I work here in support. I am not janitorial staff. I am not a decorator. I am not paid to make things look pretty. I am paid to make sure certain things work.
I did manage to avoid much run in with brain-melted panic-stricken people. That meant the day was moderately productive. On the plus side, there was plenty of free food to be had.
The evening has been quiet and also productive. I did finances, and got a problem with syncing fixed after months of trying to get it.
Big Brother - Things fell nicely for Paul. He is peeved at Ramses obviously, but I think Ramses can get past that with a little time. Cody just keeps throwing so much attitude. If he hadn’t gone so completely anti-social, he could actually try to rally against Ramses who “obviously didn’t try to throw the competition”. As it is, he seems to have pretty much just thrown in the towel.
That's enough musing for one day I believe. Time to get to bed. Good night, all.

Visiting big wigs mean people on edge. I really don’t care as much. I think people make too big a deal out of them. They put their pants on one leg at a time. I kept busy and let other people do their freaking out.
No rehearsal tonight. I’m running through solo parts and lines.
We watched Survivor. I’m displeased with Zeke getting voted off. It was a smart move on the other players’ part, but I actually like Zeke and would have liked to see him move forward.
We also watched Criminal Minds. First, Spence is a genius. That move is a real world equivalent of a pawn sacrifice in chess. Second, wow twists and turns. Alvez looked like he hated himself for that arm twist of his witsec buddy. Of course, he looked like he was enjoying himself a bit when he let the guy know he was being transferred. I am also impressed with how Spence is reacting to things like the closed door.
Ok, all lines and songs run through, some more than others. I think it’s a good time to get to bed. Good night, all.
