Ember eyes watched the mortal man, his own mortal flesh lending him the chance to blend in with the Mother’s children. Yet his eyes would glow in an unnatural light. Cor was leaning against the chair for a moment. Holding onto it tightly he couldn’t help but flinch. How many times he got shot? Why was he so used to that point that it barely bothers him a single bit. He couldn’t help but hide his face for a moment and let out a sharp exhale. He was almost happy it was this man was doing it, and not that female who wouldn’t leave him alone. though, he couldn’t turn to look from the corner of his eye. 

     “ Just hurry up.  --- it’s bothering me a lot more than I really wish it was. Besides, you’re not really good at this, are you?”

Rewarding the other with a confused look at his very far fetched yet slightly humorous talk of his abilities he would sigh for a moment, his attention going to the critters he could see diving around through the air as he would speak. “Long Range is not my strong suit, that and Tifa was busy. I need someone to watch my back incase something does happen to go wrong.” Confident in his abilities yes but he wasn’t cocky. Gorgers had their moments of catching him off guard and latching onto him, mostly because four of them would try the stunt at the same damn time. 

Yet there was drakes and gorgers, a combination he hated along with the rumor of a few out of control drones flying around back here which made it where he did need a companion just incase. It was never hurtful to be careful. But he decided to humor the other.
