There was resorption of the angle of the mandible with lower incisor show. She was referred to our hospital for corrective surgery She underwent asymmetry correction with BSSO. The resorption of the angle was addressed through placement of rib grafts harvested from the patient. She also underwent reduction genioplasty to correct the lower incisal show along with refixing Le Fort I for mild mobility and asymetry of her bite and gummy smile correction.
