FULL BODY SLIDES IN HERE AND SLAMS INTO YOUR FEET

He sees her coming but, naturally, there’s nothing that can be done. She slides into him with what he guess is equivalent to the force of a small shoopuf. And, unable to balance himself with her clinging to his shoes, he topples over almost as quickly as she appears, slamming first into his coffee table ( and an array of items strewn across it ) and then the floor.
Initially, there’s silence surrounding the two, only dotted by muffled sounds of ugh... and ehhh... But, quickly he recovers enough to— without yet sitting up— call out to her.
“ Please— ”, he begins, breathily. “ Tell me you’re running from something. ”
Surely, she wasn’t just been that happy to see him.

He jumped, startled by the sound. Then, recovering, he shook his head and laughed. A moment later, he eyed her, forcing himself to frown.
What was it the young people were saying these days?
Here comes that girl... ?
He grinned sheepishly, then, and found himself quite thankful she couldn’t read his mind and see how old he truly was at heart... even if he didn’t look it yet.

He grins, but pretends not to notice her, because— in truth— if he hadn’t seen her, he genuinely wouldn’t have even noticed. Such is the nature of very over-sized sleeves.
