One week on from completing #biketheukforms How do I feel? Well, I didn't come home and collapse into a bout of fatigue! Thank-you #MS I'm having trouble sleeping because I'm not as active as I was whilst #cycling. BUT I can feel an underlying level of #fatigue, it normally hits me around 3pm/4pm. Sometimes, activities that require energy make me more tired than they should - fatigue. I made a concerted effort when I returned not to do too much. So, I have yet to celebrate with friends and family. #Work - At the moment I'm struggling to get back into things - I've only been in 2 days. I want to be outdoors and on my bike. (I don't think I would have been saying that on Day 14!). It feels like a completely different life where I haven't completed #JOGLE. I'm a bit sad because I can see the massive impact work has on my ability to be active in the evenings. #mssacrifices #Home - I enjoy having a comfy bed and a shower. But there are so many more choices to make, what to eat, what to wear, when to get up, what to do on a daily basis. I almost had a tantrum when I had to decide what to wear last Thursday. #livingwithms #multiplesclerosis #travelonbike #backtonormal #blackgirlwithms #backtowork #sleepproblems #msandwork #livingwithms #InvisibleDisability https://www.instagram.com/p/BmuusDAjShm/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=w64rmddjlesc
