I drew this little bike while my husband and I were eating pizza and wings at a little brewery in Amsterdam earlier this summer. I find it so funny how vivid my memory is of exactly where I was and what we were doing while I was sketching this out. I can totally remember how delicious and cheesy the pizza tasted and the view outside the window. This little black bike was chained up across the street and was almost posing for me. Even though I love drawing in public, I always feel a little weird drawing in social situations... sometimes it feels rude to have my nose in a sketchbook when other people are hanging out and chatting. Luckily Reid never seems to mind if I sketch while we are out doing things.
