Last year I met Christina Chesnut @cchesnut12 in September of 2016. She started training with me and decided she wanted to compete. This past March she competed in her very first bikini competition. Taking home two trophies, 3rd place in Bikini Novice, and 3rd place in Bikini Open. When she first started she weighed in at 168lbs and since lost 32lbs. Her final stage weight was 136. Training her has been wonderful because the stronger she gets the more I can challenge her. I couldn't be more proud of her as she has completely changed her lifestyle and proven not only to the judges but to herself she can do this and has what it takes to win. I can't wait till she competes again! It has been so much fun training her and her partner in crime @afisk12. Christina is performing side walking lunges down the hall. She is getting ready to compete this March at the Fox Theater in the NPC Natural Outlaw. This will be her very first bikini competition and I am so excited for her. Typically Christina does Ironmans which involves long distance running, swimming, and biking. Now that she is training for a competition it's completely different than what she is used to. We have her lifting weights and lifting heavy. Since she started at Top Physique last September she has done incredible and I can't wait to post her transformation. Christina I am very proud of you and how far you've come.
