25 and 27 ^_^

25 (best book): Probably the Silmarillion

27 (best movie): ...Well technically I DID go to see DoS in early 2014 (after seeing it first in late 2013) so that could count, right? Other than that I can't remember a lot of movies I saw and a lot of the ones I DID see were kind of disappointing. Although, if we're not limiting it to movies RELEASED in 2014, then I can say that I saw "Soldier's Girl" and it was amazing.

I've never read any tolkien books nor do i know much about LOTR lore but i got the hobbit book and lets see if i can figure out why people are still obsessing over this after like 80 years.
