Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Centre environment; - Excellent verbal and written skills in English and in French; - Post-secondary education; - Good knowledge of PC applications : word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail is essential; - Must have ability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm.
