Oh no I am giving another training tomorrow night

I can't believe that the weekend is over, back to work tomorrow night where I'm supposed to be giving a training a new employee. She's had so far a couple of days of training and yet she still doesn't want to answer the phone, even though it is part of her job, may be it is only a matter of insecurity or it is because she doesn't speak english.
