Hey about a decade ago you made some Bill Cipher cursors and I wanted to thank you for every 'wtf is your mouse' reaction it has given me over the years, I genuinely love this thing so much <3

I don't know if you remember but you uploaded a bill cipher custom mouse cursor about six years ago - I downloaded it not that long after and had it for years. I changed computers over a year ago and was sad I didn't have it anymore, looked it up and found it again so I've got my little bill again! Just wanted to share x

The Bill cursor doesn't work ^^' If I open the file, there is nothing in it
Did you unzip the .zip? It’s possible the files aren’t shown before you extract it since it is password protected. Are you on Windows 10?
So I'm trying to install your Bill Cipher cursor because I am a HUGE fan of Gravity Falls, but it says all the files are password protected... I don't know if this is my computer or something else but I'm anxious to fix this because I NEED Bill as my cursor. Thanks in advance!

Changing a pointer’s appearance on Vista is the same as the Win7 instructions.
