long post about my 2021 in Celia! ok, here are my top five highlights (in no partic order): 1. making talented + supportive friends in various online music communities, especially @kayvanMD’s Discord. that’s where i met @bias_brown_west, who is featured on the remix of my song, “I Insist”! we also topped the community-voted playlist w/ that track 🙌🏼 / 2. getting involved with @audiusproject, especially as a co-host of the weekly Hot & New Reveal show with @senjienz, and starting up my show, Girl Powa!, over there where i feature music from women &/or qpoc ❤️ i also just got voted in as a Best Emerging Artist for the year 🙆🏻‍♀️ / 3. #billboardnxt! i was 1 of 12 contestants in this TikTok video-based contest — a unique opportunity w/ so many lessons & levels up along the way! / 4. i got to do TWO in-studio performances this year (that you’ll be seeing SOON!) — one with @leestavall and one with @ponchowylin — so good 💫 5. simply put, i made & released a TON of music this year. i’m especially proud of my work as a producer, and excited to do lots more (AND BEYOND) in 2022 😎 (at New York City) https://www.instagram.com/p/CYIHI2wMvBb/?utm_medium=tumblr
