A very irritated Bill flopped onto his couch in New Delhi, a glass of bourbon chilling his hand. Another fine mess these idiots had created. And now who had to step in and set everything straight?
The demon sighed and finished his drink before summoning Billy to the room. "Have a seat, Billy." He began. "I need to tell you that I'm going to be going on vacation soon. For a week. Maybe longer. And you're going to be Bill's full caretaker, do you understand? There are grocery's to be purchased, dance and gymnastic lessons to be driven to, and children to tuck in at night and I'm not going to be there to do it. Now before I leave, we're going to resolve a few things between the two of you. For that I need you to understand that blowing up at people about secrets is absolutely out of line."
The demon turned towards Billy a bit more and stared at him. "Everyone keeps secrets. Even children are entitled to their secrets. In Bill's case, these secrets are his own personal feelings and struggled and you will not try to force him to speak to them until he's ready. You two have a weakening relationship already. If you push, you might create an even deeper rift. Instead, what you need to do is show him that you'r ready to listen. Not tell. Just... show him in gestures. Be available. Be accepting. Don't be angry or raise your voice. Does any of this make sense to you?"
