Billy Wirth is an American actor who is best known for playing Dwayne in the film The Lost Boys (1987). He has also been in Tales from the Crypt (1991), Red Shoe Diaries (1992), Body Snatchers (1993), Boys on the Side (1995), Charmed (1998), and Sex and the City (2000).
Wirth’s father was a lawyer and mother is an artist, Wirth is also an artist. His paternal grandparents are Russian Jewish immigrants. His mother was born in Iowa and is Native American, English, Scottish and Irish ancestry. He moved to California during the 1980s to pursue an acting career and his first feature role was in Seven Minutes in Heaven (1985). He took part in American Gladiators during the first season in 1989. Besides acting he also works as a writer, director and producing independent films. He is also a musician and artist.
