Traveled more than 40km by metro from Tianjin city centre to Binhai this morning to check out the beautiful and massive Tianjin Binhai Library. Wooooooooooow!!! From the outside, the library looks like a human eye. When you enter the lobby of the library, you will be immediately floored by the stunning design. Sooo pretty! It looks like the entire place is lined with thousands of books from floor to ceiling! The books on the shelves aren’t real books though and are just images of books. The real books are in the actual library on each side of the building, right behind those curvy shelves. But I do hope they’ll gradually fill all the shelves in this area with actual books.
