8. Laura

Laura definitely showed improvement from the previous photoshoot. Her 3/4 profile is gorgeous and I love the expression of sorrow mixed with romantic longing (though she needed to lower her chin just a tad bit). Her hands could be more delicate since they look a little heavily placed here, but I love how she elongated her body and propped herself up against the armrest. I wasn’t really too surprised by Laura’s elimination but I do believe it was too soon. Most of her shots were good (including this one) and I think she had more to give.

1. Sophie

Sophie embodied an angsty Cinderella flawlessly! She’s staring daggers at the camera, there’s frustration, sadness, and anger all rolled up in her expression. She wants to go to that motherfucking ball! The emotion in her face carries over into her body language as well, I love how she’s moodily slouching over her knees and she drew attention to the boots too. I thought that Sophie was robbed of the FCO, she hit the nail on the head this week!

5. Naomi

Naomi was the clear worst for me this week. She looks really pretty but completely bored out of her mind, there’s nothing going on behind her eyes and her overall demeanor gives the vibe that she’s letting out a long exhale. This looks more like a test shot where she hasn’t actively started modeling yet. Sadly I had to agree with Naomi’s exit since she was going rapidly downhill over the past three weeks, but I was glad she made it to the Final 5.
