New things in the mail! First up is a Tomy Jet Falcon, I plan to combine it with an hmm liger zero, like I did with my liger zero ice Phoenix. Still not sure if I want to keep the fuzing ability or make the liger zero falcon mass production type. Next up is a Bio Volcano, I'm pretty impressed with how it looks, needs a little work to stand up on its own tho. The plan for this one is to create the Bio Chimera, starting by painting it black and making wings for it. Anyway let me know what you think!

TOMY Bio Volcano photoset [Facet edition]

Something a bit different; I didn’t build this kit. I did paint the armour and treated the plastic but my mother built it and painted the bio zoid skeleton. Mum took one look at my Bio zoids and asked could she make one; she ended up picking the Bio Volcano.

As per my Bio Tyranno and Bio Megaraptor, I treated the plastic with armor-all [tire sealant] which worked spectacularly, including getting a ton of film-gunk off the purple spines. I then did the ‘oil slick’ effect on the armor, added some Uv reactive paint [fifth photo is under blacklight] and glitter to the spines and then handed the kit to mum, who built and glued it together, along with the clear action base it’s standing on.

I had a lot of fun sharing why I love building zoids with my mum and she had tons of fun watching the Bio Volcano take shape when its armor pieces go on.

next in line is a Clear Bio Megaraptor, alongside a Bio Kentro and others. Just in time for my Genesis blu-rays to arrive :D
