Today I am so excited looking back at where I came from 7 weeks ago, when I started the Couch to 5k training. That first day the training was jog for 1 minute, walk for 1.5 minutes, jog, walk, jog, walk, etc... I still remember thinking back and wondering how I was going to jog farther than 1 minute at a time. Since then each Monday I looked over that weeks routines wondering if this would be the week I get stuck. But I didn't, I kept at it. Today 7 weeks later my training has grown to a 25 minute jog. I wasn't sure if I could do it but I was determined to try. Success! My pace wasn't my fastest but I did run for the longest time and for the furthest distance. I'm almost to that 5k distance and its very exciting!! What you determine to do, is possible, if you set your mind to it. Today could be your Week 1, Day 1! Don't worry about where you will be in 7 weeks from now, you will surprise yourself, just worry about today! I believe in you, now it's time for you to believe in yourself. Try you have a 50/50 chance at success. Don't try and you have a 100% chance at succeeding at nothing.
