No, I'd never do that. I may look down slightly on bigoted religious types though, or really bigoted people in general, that don't even think to consider the alternative to their opinions.
Stubborn people like that drag everyone down.

Emotions are the essence of life.
If you went through with this and did end up knowing everything than what would you feel? You'd be hopelessly neutral.How would you feel at the birth of your child(ren)? Indifferent. How would you feel meeting the love of your life? Bored (if you could even feel love.
So no, I would definitely not want that. I'd rather find out the mysteries of the universe as I am now, and continue to hold that wonder--with as many emotions as possible.
