It was late when their parents decided to leave but luckily they had found a baby sitter this time around, Lambda’s mother had left a note for the male, notifying him that their child is to be referred to as a female, despite what the father had said. When the baby sitter had arrived, Lambda had made her way up the stairs && hid herself away in her room, pressing herself close to her bed, knees close to her chest. She was shy, terrified of anyone who wasn’t her mother or even her father, despite how bitter he was. Lambda knew whoever was watching her would find her eventually && all she could do is be quiet && run off if they got too close.
He didn’t expect to have to play a game of Hide-and-Seek right off the bat after having just arrive. Ah, well. it shouldn’t be too hard, he was good at this. A few minutes of searching the house thoroughly from where he started he finally managed to find the child’s bedroom.
“..Lambda? You in here?” He spoke, cautiously opening the door so as to not spook the poor girl. “Ah! There you are.” He smiled, happy to have found the one he was to be sitting for the night.
“What’re you doin’ hidin’ all the way up here? I don’t bite.”
