Repost @sarkissiandds A direct bonded Maryland style bridge with fiberglass and composite, performed 2 weeks after extraction of a #rootcanal gone bad. Challenging was the existence of adjacent veneers which we had to match with careful selection of shades and layering, but what was fortunate was the almost end to end bite of the patient which gave us the whole lingual surface to utilize for bonding without having to worry about the clearance and without having to drill back the #teeth. This is considered as a long-term temporary solution which could potentially last for years and is very easy to touch up and repair. I do this frequently in the interim on the anterior while waiting for bone grafts or implants to heal.
