Glad I brought this @bioreph UV Aqua Rich Whitening Sunscreen with me! :) It saved my face from getting seriously sunburned. 😎 I couldn't say the same for my body, of course. My shoulders are red and they hurt really bad. Mukha akong 2-in-1 ice cream na 25% vanilla and 75% mocha. Hindi talaga pantay so medyo sablay. :) Gonna write a full review on this product when I get back! Fact: I'm a big believer of sunscreens. I believe that they are as essential as the other products I religiously use on my skin every single day.
Another fact: Not just any sunscreen, but Biore UV sunscreens.
I have talked about some of their products in the past posts that you might wanna check out HERE and HERE, and they honestly didn’t ask me to do a post on it, but this time I would like to talk about and highlight their Aqua Rich Whitening Essence sooo read along below, chicas...or chicos, cos SPF’s aren’t just for ladies, you know. They are for everybody. 😉
According to experts, it is recommended that everyone use sunscreens that offer a • broad-spectrum protection that protects against UVA & UVB rays • SPF 30 or higher and • are water resistant.
Great thing the Biore UV Whitening has an SPF of over 30 (which is enough), a superior double UV block that gives a high level of protection against UVA rays that pentrate the skin deeply, causing skin aging and wrinkling; UVB rays that tend to damage the skin's more superficial epidermal layers, causing skin reddening and sunburn. I’m just not sure though if it’s water resistant.
I have always had a fondness for their packaging. I love that their products come in clean and compact, easy to stuff inside my small purse.
This one in particular has a plastic tube container that makes application so effortless and hygienic oh and let’s not forget, fun. An extreme plus! (You’ll learn why in the next photos!)
It’s perfect for dry skin for it has this light creamy--a little watery--texture that conveniently seeps right into the skin, has a smooth and invisible finish that although it’s white in color it doesn’t leave my face ghostly or unnaturally white-looking.
One of my favorite things about this sunscreen is its (teensy but still!) hydrating power. I love that it feels like I’m putting on another layer of moisturizer.
It also has this fresh fruity light fragrance that reminds me of lovely sunny days. 🌞
YES, the cat ears are necessary.

I can’t say if it really does whiten or brighten since I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, but knowing that it contains orange and lemons extracts (that are natural skin bleaching agents) and chamomile (that is one of the best herbal ingredients out there) makes me happy for it may help in lightening and in toning my face so it doesn’t get darker than the rest of my skin, which is sometimes the case with the sun hitting it first thing and all.
Although I must note that I’ve had these dark spots on my face for quite a long time due to my annoying picking habit, and when I started using this cream the spots as well started to fade.
Now the Biore Whitening Cream could truly be that effective in terms of lightening...or my face spots might’ve just decided it’s time to move out. 🤔
