What a festive evening spent at a gorgeous display home in Darling Point with the mesmerising view of the Harbour Bridge in the distance. It was an exclusive and intimate experience with a select few influencers attending; making it a lot more special of course. We were greeted with ‘Christmas in July’ as the tables were decorated with festive and shimmering centrepieces. Hosted by Aldi Australia, the event showcased the transformation of simple and affordable ingredients into a christmas feast. The meals were executed by Head chef of Biota Dining (a restaurant I still need to visit), and his skills definitely shone through.
