CAN I ASK YOU ABOUT BIRDS? er sorry for shouting i got excited. im friendly and quiet i swear. anyway, why are birds the absolute bestest ever?
HI YES PLEASE ASK ME ABOUT BIRDS!!!!!
No apology needed since volume doesn't come across through text I am sensitive to loud noises but who isn't lol
Birds are the bestest ever in my opinion because they are all technically dinosaurs.
Now you may have learned dinosaurs went extinct from the comet that crashed in the gulf of Mexico some 500 mil? Years ago but teachers lied!!
Dinosaurs survived and continue to grow and evolve into the beautiful, funny, magnificent birds that we see today
Besides that; the fact that they can fly makes them better than almost every other animal on the planet
Plus even though they have small brain to body size ratio they are wrinkled in similar places to our brains which means they have complex social dynamics just like we do
It's not about the size of the brain that makes something smart butthe wrinkles and synapses that connects the brain to the animal
I hope this helped or answered your question
If you want to get into bird watching/identification download the app "merlin" it is done through Cornell university ornithology program and using it actually sends them data about migratory birds which helps us understand human impact on birds and bird impact on humans lol

Whistling Heron (Syrigma sibilatrix)
There are two subspecies of Whistling Heron; the Southern (S. s. sibilatrix) and the Northern (S. S. fostersmiithi). They nest alone, which is unlike most heron species, which nest in colonies called 'heronries'. Also unlike most herons, Whistling Herons care for their young after they leave the nest.
