How am I at almost 650 cals for the day and still feel so fuckin cold? Eating is a SCAM!
I've really been struggling w eating the past two days, and I've only managed to have a ham sandwich and some shredded wheat in the past 60 hours 🙃 I've been trying to eat more regularly, but I'm j not happy with the numbers on my scale rn and I can't force myself to be. I've been trying to accept 20% bodyfat, but I j can't for myself -.- doesn't help I was so upset and stressed out yesterday, it took me like 5 hours to down-regulate enough to eat.
But I've been working out at the gym and training bjj, also, so ik I've been negligent in my nutrition. But I am at least staying well hydrated, so 🤷
Today's goal is 1500 cals, 100g protein. Ugh.
Gonna fast for 24-36 hours after bjj class tonight, I'll weigh myself and update stats tomorrow before I break.
I didn't properly track my meals yesterday because it was a shitshow. I came home from work and had a couple low carb tacos and a beer, then went to take a nap. Woke up thinking I was gonna go to bjj, but had to deal w our basement getting partly flooded because our sewage line is old af and not very good. We have a clean-out service coming this morning. Thankfully, my wife works from home, so she'll be there to supervise and deal with our homeowners insurance company.
I think I'm just gonna fast today.
