BIRC 2025 Sets Global Benchmark for Rice Industry Events
According to the assessment, BIRC 2025 attracted 10,854 visitors and brought together 1,083 international buyers from more than 90 countries. The conference also featured 154 exhibitors representing the entire rice value chain, including exporters, farmers, millers, logistics providers, technology companies, policymakers, and international trade stakeholders.
The report states that the event is the largest dedicated rice conference ever organised globally in terms of participation and industry representation.

The next edition is scheduled to take place from October 23 to October 25, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
Organisers expect participation to increase to approximately 30,000 attendees during the business days, with delegates anticipated from more than 120 countries.
The event will also include an expanded food festival designed to showcase rice-based cuisines, value-added products, and culinary innovations. Invitations are expected to be extended to a large number of consumers, industry leaders, and international guests.
