Bird: More of a Cousin Than a Brother
Bird, or Edbird, so named because of the unruly cowlick at his forehead, never really got close to the Family. He was friendly with Swag and Bambi, respectful to Arkham, but never spoke much with the others.
Bird is very stable and rigid in his principles compared to most of the others, and like YJ, has never been sent to Arkham. Bird prefers not to get violent, and despite having four of them to his name, is against murder. He will go out of his way, even acting to his own detriment to avoid it. He spent the past eight years in jail for the unintended deaths of three teenagers, and has forsworn his old games, no longer building traps and puzzles, but taking a more proactive role in 'improving' the city
Bird's ultimate goal is to uncover the secrets of his mysterious mother, viewing the defeat of the Batman as more of a practice round he needs to overcome before taking her on. Recently, he had become radicalized by a personal quest to remove the chokehold on influence the wealthy have in Gotham, viewing them as a detriment to his work. Because of this, he has become far more destructive than he once was.
Bird remains friendly and even helpful, but does not tolerate being crossed. The placid exterior hides a frigid, impersonal rage years in the making.
He's also the only one of these old blogs that is currently active.
Oh shit I remember you! You were a little creepy, in retrospect.
