Sunshine, birds 'twitter and fragrance of flowers, quiet highway
we finally did it!
Okay, so here's the context. In 2015, Alex Hirsch tweeted about how he appeared on David Letterman in 2002. Basically, he took part in the Piedmont High Bird Calling Contest and won. The prize involved appearing on Letterman. According to him, all footage was burned by him, but that never stopped Gravity Falls fans from trying to refind it, but to no avail.
Fast foreword to 2020 and I posted about the video on Reddit, in an attempt to revive the mystery so we could find it. But again, we never succeeded. Then yesterday, someone commented about a guy named Don Giller, who posts clips from Letterman, who may have it. One tweet and a few minutes later, we did it! We found the footage!
I can see now why Alex hates this video though.
