haha it's time to make a dumb post
So I went with my life coach to Fish Creek Park today and we found a quiet spot through the river and he took me through my first ever session of guided meditation
And like, wow, shit was so cool
I really was able to shed all my neuroses in the space that he helped me, like, go to. I dunno if it was just because my legs kinda fell asleep but I was able to be part of the ground.
But the best part was definitely when I reached into some other dimension of me and found my Wings and stretched them out. It feels stupid typing this, but I really was able to find my big silly turkey vulture wings and spread them wide, while staying completely still.
