#Inktober Day 13: Guarded Up there in the sea of trees #birdsofPNW #trees #penandink - - - This is super menstrual but I was inspired by learning owl calls at the owl prowl that this morning I went out on my porch . It was dead quiet , barely a sound and played some PNW bird calls. Soon the trees behind me were flooded with birds responding back and I teared up, because the message to me was if you ever need a friend just put out the call. Screenshots of birds with/without gradients. I’m eventually going to make some sweet hummingbirds and I have a feeling gradient is the way to go.
